Cancellation Policy:
Bush Hall reserves the right to cancel giving one month’s notice and refunding monies if:
*the event is reasonably likely to cause danger, risk, or breach of the peace, to the premises, its contents, personnel or members of the public
*the events organisation, advertising, proposed or actual conduct of the event is open to reasonable objection for any reason whatsoever
*there has been a breach or default on behalf of the hirer, false or misleading statements have been made on the Contract/ booking form
*Government revokes premises Entertainment Licenses.
Functions/events cancelled by the hirer results in the following charges:
The full venue hire is refundable up to 6 months before the event. Cancellation between 3-6 calendar months from the date of the event will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total venue hire. Venue hire will be non-refundable if the event is cancelled or postponed within 3 calendar months of the date of the event.
